Content Hub launch

We are totally excited about this awesome update! A week ago we told you more about the Content Hub launch in this blog.We want to highlight this update a little bit more. And that's why it's in our top 4 once again.

Some new features listed:
  1. Content Remix. With content remix tool you can have 4 new types of content generated in less than two minutes. You start from a website, blog or landing page and then choose between 8 different types of content. Choice of social media post, image, text message, ad, email, audio file, blog or landing page.
  2. Brand Voice. Defineyour own 'brand voice' which is then integrated into the AI tool. This allows you to apply your unique tone of voice consistently across all channels.
  3. Podcasts- Always dreamed of having your own podcast? Let AI help you or add your own audio content in the new podcast tool in Content Hub.
  4. Content embeds-The "content embed" functionality allows you to create content in HubSpot and then "embed" it into your HubSpot or WordPress website. Please note that currently only Wordpress' Gutenberg editor supports content embedding.
  5. AI content translation. This handy tool allows you to translate your entire page in seconds. No more hassle of copying and pasting into a translation tool. Right now, though, it only translates the "rich text" on your page.
  6. Custom blog post generator.

What will change now for current HubSpot users using CMS Hub?

For existing CMS Hub customers, nothing will change with the launch of Content Hub. If you currently have CMS Hub and want to continue using it, you can renew your CMS Hub subscription, but will not have the new Content Hub features. If you do want the new features, you can upgrade to the new Content Hub for a small additional cost.
Available for: Content Hub licenses

Automatic replies to social media mentions

Do you sometimes have a hard time keeping up with responses to your socials? Would you like to reply to everyone but can't remember what? With this new update, you can easily track all your comments across all your platforms.

Then use this data to understand how users think about your brand and respond to @mentions. You can answer @mentions manually or use AI-generated responses.

First, start by setting up a social stream.

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Social.
  2. Click on the Monitor tab.
  3. In the menu on the left under LinkedIn streams, Facebook streams or Instagram streams, click Create Stream.
  4. Stream name: enter a name for your stream.
  5. Create post streams from: select Mentions to create a stream based on @mentions from your username in a post or comment.
  6. Select Account: select the connected social account you want to monitor.
    1. Click the Frequency email notifications drop-down menu. Then select None, 8:00 AM, or 8:00 AM & 4:00 PM.
    2. Click the Notify Users drop-down menu . Then select a user from your HubSpot account.Frequency email notifications: select the daily frequency for email notifications for @mentions from your specified account.
  7. After setting up your social stream, click Save.

Notes:

  • It may take up to 5 minutes for your streams to update with new activity.
  • For LinkedIn streams, the stream will only include mentions of LinkedIn company profiles. Mentions from LinkedIn personal profiles will not be included in the stream.

New 'suggested activity' for re-engaged contacts

In the workspaces < prospection tab, sales can now see a list of contacts who have re-engaged with your company after they were once disqualified.

Use case.

By suggesting contacts that have been re-contacted, through suggested activities, this makes it easier for sales to re-contact these leads. And in this way keep track of all interactions in the CRM. This increases their effectiveness because they don't have to go searching at the contact level.

Sales can then choose to create a new lead object if you want to re-engage the contact so you can track their lead journey. The status is then set to 'attempting'.

Available for: sales hub Professional, Enterprise, Beta

Generate sales emails using AI

Sales teams can now create new 1:1 email templates within seconds that can be used in HubSpot.

Use case.

Writing new sales content is a time-consuming task. Now sales can use AI to create a new sales email within seconds for 1:1 emails and sequences.

Available for: all licenses

Not managing to use this tool? Then it might be because AI assistant in tools with customer data, such as conversation inbox, are disabled by default.

For this you will have to adjust your settings. You do this as follows:

  • In your HubSpot account, click "Settings" in the top navigation bar.
  • In the menu on the left, navigate to Tools< 'AI Assistants'.
  • Select the check box. You cannot use AI assistants if this checkbox is unchecked.
  • To disable AI assistants for content, click to deselect the Content Assistants check box.
  • To enable AI assistants for analyzing customer data, click to enable the Customer Analysis check box.
